Joel has a very positive attitude and demeanor which helped foster our relationship’s initial meeting, and continues to this day. When we considered listing our building for sale, Joel suggested taking us on a tour of other buildings in our marketplace, both for sale and for lease. We spent the morning touring properties and personally established, with Joel’s guidance, market-place vacancy percentages, leasing rates, and capitalization rates for the recently sold and presently listed buildings in our market-place. The tour, and Joel’s professional local knowledge, gave us a sense of confidence that Joel was on target as to how the market-place would value our property.
