- Build and program a working prototype Micro 84 controller to control traffic patterns within city streets and developed input and output interfaces to make a working model.
Prior to joining Keegan and Coppin Co., Jay had 31 years in manufacturing and warehouse distribution holding Engineering and Staff management positions at Caterpillar. Jay helped plan and oversee Engineering projects to completion in a 1 million sq. ft. distribution facility including but not limited to: complete facility rearrangement, total facility lighting up grade (twice), total revamp main parking lot, supervise all maintenance functions, and supervise security. Leveraging this vast knowledge of large commercial buildings, Jay will quickly become a valued asset on your team when leasing or buying a commercial building. Jay joined the sales and leasing team at Keegan and Coppin in the fall of 2018.
